Each WOC certificate is assigned a structured unique identifier encoding country, year, level, and serial number.
All certificates are issued directly by WOC — never by the training centre. This ensures WOC controls the certification registry.
The verification registry is available 365 days a year. Employers, institutions, and individuals can verify at any time.
WOC certificates show: holder name, qualification, level, credits, issue date, training centre, and current status. Examination scores, contact details, and internal assessment notes are never disclosed through public verification.
